The
American Translators Association (ATA) is the professional organization for translators in the United States. Translators can become accredited in particular languages by ATA once they pass ATA examinations. The association also is working on pilot mentoring projects for its members. Those who need to find translators can search the ATA Web site for professionals who meet their translating needs.

Northern California Translators Association is one of the best.
