Many natural systems with complex structures show an unequalled level of adaptability, resistance and ecoefficiency. This spurs the creativity of the chemical industries to design improved and fundamentally new materials, interconnecting the multidisciplinary worlds of synthetic chemistry, material science and biology.
Invitation procedure
The Symposium is open to every young researcher at the PhD, post-doctoral or junior professor level, working in the fields mentioned above. Scholarships for participation are available – please send your CV and an abstract for a poster by April 15th 2006 to
