São Paulo School of Advanced Science (ESPCA)
São Paulo Advanced School on Bioorganic Chemistry will be held in
Araraquara, SP - Brazil

The São Paulo School of Advanced Science (ESPCA) is a program of São Paulo State's Research Foundation (FAPESP) that offers short courses on advanced science and technology to contribute for the academic development of the participants and to create a magnet for world-class scientific talents in the state of São Paulo.
The ESPCA-Chemistry 2013 is organized by São Paulo State University (UNESP), coordinated by Prof. Vanderlan Bolzani and supported by FAPESP. All ESPCA's speakers are highly qualified scientists and leaders in their fields, including several invited foreign scientists.
100 students from all over the World will be selected to receive financial support from FAPESP.
The theme of this school will be Bioorganic Chemistry, involving aspects of natural products, medicinal chemistry, synthesis and spectroscopic methods. We also have planned some social events to stir-up discussions between students and professors and thus, make this year’s School more fruitful and enjoyable.

The School is open to all students enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate programs and potential candidates to MSc, PhD and post-doctoral programs at São Paulo State academic institutions.
