STW  (in Dutch)
The Technology Foundation STW is an autonomously operating unit of NWO, that stimulates and finances application-directed research at universities. Many of the STW grants involve the possibility for graduate students to obtain a Ph.D., or for Ph.D.s to do a postdoc.

The Netherlands organisation for international cooperation in higher education (Nuffic) provides fellowships and programmes to receive (short- and long-term) education in a foreign country. Foreign students can also find funding possibilities for higher education in The Netherlands. Especially the Beursopener  is worth looking at.
This agency of the Ministry of Economical Affairs is responsible for the implementation of subsidy schemes. Their research programmes, the IOPs , are focused on innovation-driven research. Go to their international office EG-Liaison  for information about European programmes.

The Netherlands Institute for Scientific Information Services is an institute of the KNAW, that provides information about research in different scientific fields in The Netherlands. Of great value is NOD , their Dutch research database.

This website provides popular scientific news, accessible for a large public. They often have (young) researchers write articles about the research they are into.
The PhD Network of the Netherlands collects information of all meetings of local PhD collectives, recognises their common problems and exchanges information between them. The PNN is the Netherlands national network of Eurodoc , that together with Science's Next Wave forms the Eurodoc Exchange .
The Genomics Network for Young Scientists brings together young researchers (Ph.D.s, postdocs, young researchers in industry) working in the field of genomics. Their website offers news, a vacancy search engine (JobReport), a course database and a forum.
LPP  (in Dutch)
The national postdocplatform is a critical group of postdocs at universities and research institutes in the Netherlands that tries to improve the position of postdocs (in Dutch).
